They can be flexible to your schedule and draw on a wide range of practices and materials to suit you. In initial consultation we can discuss your situation and priorities, and how best to approach your learning.
Just the right time?
Timing is everything. 1:1 sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Mindfulness and Compassion practice, however useful in life are not a panacea and at certain times may not be the right approach for you.
