Mindfulness for Health Conditions

If you’re living with pain, fatigue or other long term health conditions, this is the course for you. Learn how to bring awareness and compassion to your body, mind and heart; help to relieve suffering, ease pain, reduce stress and restore wellbeing. This 8 session Mindfulness for Health program teaches you the art and practice of living well with pain or illness. I completed training to teach this program in 2011 with Vidyamala Burch OBE and Breathworks CIC. I have been teaching Mindfulness for Health courses in Dorset Pain Management Service (NHS) since 2013.

Mindfulness for Stress Management

“Lots going on”? This 8 session Mindfulness for Stress course will help you get ‘out of your head’ and into a more embodied way of living, so you can navigate the lumps and bumps of life with more peace and ease. Practicing mindfulness is widely known to help us manage stress, worries and low mood, improving happiness and wellbeing. Come and see for yourself. I trained to teach Mindfulness for Stress in 2011 with Gary Hennessey (Breathworks CIC) who developed the course. I have since taught it in various contexts, including Mental Health Recovery Education and NHS and Social Care Staff Wellbeing.
